We arrive at your venue / home to set up at least 1hr before your party starts and then collect 2 hours later. It will take us an hour to pack away, so please consider this when arranging venue hire times.
We deliver the vehicles fully charged and they will run for 2 hours. We find that the children alternate between the vehicles and role play (and party food), meaning that our batteries will last for the duration of your party.
If you are likely to be using the vehicles for a longer period of time (over 2 hours) then a member of our team can be on-hand with spare charged batteries to swap over during the event. There is an additional charge for this service, so please speak to us to find out more!
If you are holding the event outside and there should be a passing shower on the day, we do supply covers for each vehicle and a large cover for the props. It is your responsibility to ensure the equipment is covered in a timely fashion.
Nearer the date should the weather forecast be heavy rain, you should either consider hiring a marquee / large gazebos joined together, or relocate your event to a nearby indoor venue.

Where the party is held at your own premises (eg: garden) we rely on you to assess that the available space meets our minimum operating requirements of 10 x 10 metres (the bigger the better!). We will discuss this with you prior to confirmation of booking. The area must be free from obstacles, debris and animal deposits. Long grass will decrease the longevity of the batteries, so please consider this if using a grass area. Our team also need to have clear access from the road to your garden (either external entrance or through your property) and will require a parking space large enough for a long wheel base van near to the premises. Gateways or doorways must be at least 2ft 6inches in width.
We recommend a maximum of 12 children sharing the vehicles and props as guidance only. This is to ensure your guests all have a fair turn on the vehicles without any squabbling (hopefully!) However, if you are holding a larger party we would recommend including additional entertainment such as an area for crafts or a bouncy castle.
